TrustCo Reports 2025 Net Income of $61.1 Million for the Year; Posts Total Shareholder Return Three Times That Of Peers TrustCo (NASDAQ: TRST) reported 2025 net income of $61.1 million and diluted EPS of $3.25. Fourth-quarter net income was $15.6 million with diluted EPS of $0.85. Net interest income for Q4 was $43.7 million, up 12.4%, and net interest margin expanded to 2.82% (up 22 bps). Average loans rose by $126.8 million in Q4 2025 vs Q4 2024; average deposits increased $208.0 million. Book value per share was $38.08, up from $35.56. The company repurchased 1.0 million shares in 2025 (5.3%) and authorized an additional 2.0 million share buyback (11.1%). Total shareholder return grew 29% for the year.
