51-year-old Edward Jones has been charged with OWI 2nd offense after he drove a truck into Pagliai's Pizza on Merle Hay Road in the Des Moines, Iowa suburb of Johnston.
Court records show Jones was previously convicted of OWI. The offense date is 12/22/2023.
