There are 12 online in that channel or server at the time of this screenshot, and the message was posted at 3:35 PM EST/EDT. The Discord message says, "I don't get transmedicalists (aka truscum). They seem like people who get really upset at the slightest thing that could trigger their dysphoria, like a cis person crossdressing for example. They hate the idea of some trans people being trans in a different way, like only wanting to socially transition for example, but some of them even get gatekeepy about who gets to get gender affirming care, as if somehow there's a flood of cis people with a fetish for being trans or some shit getting gender affirming care? Maybe I'm too normal, but I feel like someome with a fetish for being trans wouldn't go that far for their fetish, at least not most people like that, because isn't it like a very hard and complicated process to get gender affirming care? Maybe some places are more lenient with it, Idk, but still. I feel like DIY would be easier for fetishists than going the extra mile and trying to..."

Like I don't get why you'd want to live your life like that, you're basically letting other people dictate how you live and how comfortable you are in your own body. Why would you want to live like that? Aren't you miserable constantly living like that? I know it's probably super hard, but you just can't let your dysphoric feelinge control you this much, especially when you've already medically transitioned. I know I'm cis, so sorry if I sound like an ignorant asshole, but to me it seems like these people are getting dysphoric over how 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 people are trans or how 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 people present their gender, and I'm sorry, but that's just kind of ridiculous. Again, you're letting other people dictate how you're trans, and that's dumb. Them not transitioning medically in your mind should just be 'Well that's their problem, I'm different, I'm me, and not them, and I will get the medical care I need to transition whether people like it or not'."

Like why not just ignore them, or get proper mental health help so you can feel like this less? Again, I'm cis, so I can only know about this so much, but still.
