Many teachers may only have a one size fits all approach and this needs to be broader. All teachers receive safeguarding training, often have to have first aid training. Viewed as impt. Why not the same for #SEND training and #Autism training. @ros_luff #TransparencyOnExclusions

@BehaviourA worked as an inclusion manager and shortly into role became 'exclusions officer'. Moved sideways to behaviour support team as the narrative was so negative/unsupportive. #TransparencyOnExclusions
