Working a long hill for Luidmila today. We dropped down to Olivares and then ran / fast hiked a 700m climb before adding 30sec surges onto the descent. Ideal training for those trail races which incorporate a heavy climb followed by a fast descent.

Not many folks around but we spotted a Bonelli’s eagle, a few bee eaters, elderberries and heard plenty of golden orioles hiding in the foliage near the river.
