They first met when Cadmus literally collapsed at Trading Post 188, due to a mix of withdrawals and dehydration, and even though he told her right away what he was (ex-legion) she was just like 'oh well I' ll be watching you', but he's smaller than her so she isn't concerned And then she realizes, like Arcade, that Cadmus is a deeply wounded human being who needs a friend, and she likes him despite his past He also gave her that Saturnite Power Fist as a gift for helping him, along with a dress Also she sort of trained him out of saying stupid/misogynistic shit by smacking him upside the head (without the powerfist, obviously lol) almost every he said or did something stupid, but not like, in a brutal fashion, just in a 'you're smarter than this, dumbass' kind of way π All in all they're good friends and I really like their friendship
Cadmus and Veronica are also going on a little field trip to find the BoS and also punch any Legionaries they might find

That's definitely some kind of victory drink Actually when they all came back from the Fort, and after Arcade and Cadmus discussed Dominik, the four of them-Boone, Veronica, Arcade, Cadmus-had beers, snacks and watched a holotape movie while talking about the fight at the Fort (might have even been a Cooper Howard movie π)
Didn't manage to get the gun running achievement of killing Caesar with a knife but he definitely isn't a problem anymore π
Also might have activated the securitrons under the Fort π
