Two weeks on from the injections and the Botox is not botoxing yet...could be another three weeks before it settles 🫠

Botox round 3 today -half of the 37 jabs were excruciating...trigeminal nerve has been on fire for a couple of weeks.

Recovery includes a new spot doing garlic fried rice...when just the other day we were reminiscing about the Cha Han we used to get at Fujiyamas rip.

Must remember when I get up and moving and I'm able to function it's in large part thanks to the extended rest that's dialled down the external stimuli...caught myself mourning the things I haven't been able to do.

40mins into my apple store excursion yesterday liquid pain ran through the right side of my brain -I'm usually a left-side migraineur and rarely have aura but the lighting+temperature+dehydration set it off.

I'm handing Friday back..keep it, I'm flattened by Thursday.

Saturday's migraine was intense and highly contradictory -nausea + extremely hungry, energy bursts + body aches. Sunday eased up and today I'm washed out and need a nap.

A year of migraine tracking on Migraine Buddy -she is relentless!
My attacks mostly collapse into each other and I don't remember the good days.

I do think the Botox is helping as I'm beginning to distinguish prodrome and postdrome from full blown attack.

31 injections and the only ones that stung were top of my head.
No side effects from the Botox itself but sending it to site of nerve endings has dialled up all of my vestibular symptoms -was told this could happen so not concerned, but it's day5 and I'm tired of it.
