Ironically, today I was regaling colleagues with #yegmedia war stories of the news rivalry between "my" CFRN-TV and ITV in the 80s and 90s.
In those days, we beat them consistently. No more. Bell's cuts caught up with CTV Edmonton. Now Global rules.
