The verdict hardly needs an "announcement." When it comes to a politically "sensitive" case like this one - involving human rights lawyer #YuWensheng, #China' higher courts almost never fail to uphold the verdict. That's how the CCP-controlled judiciary works.
I'd not be shocked if a verdict comes out soon w/t a public trial. In handling this case - the Chinese gov vs. #YuWensheng (& #XuYan), the police, state prosecutors, the courts have behaved as exemplars of rule without law, dependence on & obedience to the CCP, defiance of fair trial rights.
