Got some recommendations from last weekend’s threshold tests. As LT1 is on the lower side it was suggested I concentrate on base building again so running with a hr of 139 bpm or less. Exercise today was to run until heart rate exceeded LT1 #treadmillrunning #running #aerobicbasebuilding #runsky
