США сняли санкции с российского судна, занимавшегося контрабандой украинского угля и зерна с оккупированных территорий и связанного с семьей Алины Кабаевой
Минфин США сегодня без объяснения причин исключил три российских судна из санкционных списков.
• Два из них — контейнеровозы Fesco Magadan и Fesco
Moneron. Оба они попали в санкционные списки в рамках ограничений против «Промсвязьбанка», который работает как опорный банк Минобороны РФ. В 2022 году суда принадлежали дочке банка «ПСБ-Лизинг».
Контейнеровозы не замечены в нарушении санкций, перевозке оружия, товаров двойного назначения или контрабанде.
Сегодня они принадлежат компании, связанной с
логистическим оператором Fesco. Вероятно, вывод из-под санкций связан с этим.
• Третье судно - Sv Nikolay - также подпало под вторичные санкции за связь с крупным российским банком, «Альфой».
Сейчас грузовое судно принадлежит российской судоходной компании «Риверси Плюс».
Sv Nikolay ходит в Турцию и Алжир. В 2022 году расследователи
Reuters и PBS благодаря спутниковым снимкам установили, что именно на этом судне Россия вывозит украинское зерно из Севастополя на продажу турецким компаниям. При этом как точку отправления в документах указывался порт Кавказ.
The United States has lifted sanctions on a Russian vessel involved in smuggling Ukrainian coal and grain from the occupied territories and linked to the family of Alina Kabaeva.
The US Treasury Department today removed three Russian vessels from sanctions lists without explanation.
Two of them are the container ships Fesco Magadan and Fesco Moneron. Both were sanctioned as part of restrictions against Promsvyazbank, which operates as a support bank for the Russian Ministry of Defense. In 2022, the vessels belonged to the bank's subsidiary, PSB-Leasing.
The container ships have not been implicated in sanctions violations, the transportation of weapons, dual-use goods, or smuggling.
They currently belong to a company associated with the logistics operator Fesco. This likely explains their removal from sanctions.
A third vessel, the Sv Nikolay, was also subject to secondary sanctions for its ties to Alfa, a major Russian bank. The cargo ship is now owned by the Russian shipping company Riversi Plus.
The Sv Nikolay sails to Turkey and Algeria. In 2022, Reuters and PBS investigators used satellite imagery to establish that Russia was using this vessel to transport Ukrainian grain from Sevastopol for sale to Turkish companies. The documents indicated the port of Kavkaz as the departure point.

При этом формально поставка оформляется как груз из Темрюка
(Краснодарский край) в Турцию.
Металлургический кокс на этом судне поставляла зарегистрированная в Гонконге компания Green Rabbit. Она занимается вывозом угля и пшеницы из оккупированной части Донбасса.
• В 2024 году «Важные истории» установили, что компанией
Green Rabbit руководит Муслим Темеркаев, советник отца Алины Кабаевой и фактически тестя Владимира Путина, Марата Кабава.
Темеркаев работает на Кабаева в Международной ассамблее исламского бизнеса. Через эту организацию отец Алины Кабаевой планировал инвестировать в экономику, бизнес и банкинг «ДНР».

In 2025, British analysts from the Open Source Centre and Ukrainian investigators from the Kyiv Independent established that the Sv Nikolay was transporting Donbas metallurgical coke (a coal product) from occupied Mariupol to Algeria. However, the shipment was formally registered as cargo from Temryuk (Krasnodar Krai) to Turkey.
The metallurgical coke on this vessel was supplied by Green Rabbit, a Hong Kong-registered company that transports coal and wheat from the occupied part of Donbas.
In 2024, Important Stories established that Green Rabbit is run by Muslim Temerkaev, an advisor to Alina Kabaeva's father and, in fact, Vladimir Putin's father-in-law, Marat Kabaev.
Temerkaev works for Kabaev at the International Assembly of Islamic Business. Through this organization, Alina Kabaeva's father planned to invest in the economy, business, and banking of the
"DPR."
