30th Anniversary🌹 #OTD in #TV #History 24 September 1995, the BBC's 6-episode adaptation of #JaneAusten's "Pride and Prejudice," adapted by #AndrewDavies and directed by #SimonLangton, premiered on BBC One in 🇬🇧. Starring #JennyEhle and #ColinFirth.

It was an honour to interview #AndrewDavies today. As part of the 250th anniversary of #JaneAusten, we explored his career bringing her works to the screen, and where he sees her legacy heading in the future.
