Fantastic transparency from Vanderbilt and Bruker at #ASMS2025 This poster highlights a real problem. A lot of the forces driving proteomics today are targets that decrease in abundance in the test condition. Carry over = compression = confounding results with other assays. No different to MS2 TMT.
