夫のリクエストでパンスイスに初挑戦。カスタードクリームとチョコが入ってたら、生地の出来がそこそこでも食べれるものにはなるよな…。
パンスイス４つは自宅用にして、残りは全てご近所さんに売って（ジュースや卵と物々交換して）きた。車で10分は走らないとパン屋がない村なので、割と重宝されてきてる感ある。

学校のレシピとは異なるが成型の練習のために、オリーブを入れてフガスを焼いた。もっとしっかり穴を広げるべきだった。葉っぱの形が可愛い。
