Today was a major head to head of store bought vs homemade. Burger buns are SO important for the overall eating experience. Homemade won unanimously by a huge margin. Martin's Potato Rolls didnt stand a chance.

Didnt come out that bad, it's way too light. Work kept me WAY longer than expected, but good rise and oven spring. We will see how its internal structure is soon on cooling.

I think my bulk fermentation went a bit too well 😅🙈
Have some issues with the timetable of my sourdough because of work and rest. This one has had a bulk fermentation of about 15 hours.. Hopefully there's enough left for the ovenrise after the coldproofing.
