I've been reading a lot; trying to pinpoint why my brain is so all over the place.

Coming off SSRIs stopped the rapid cycling, but all signs point to a prolonged #bipolarII mixed state ... plus all that pesky BPD/ADHD shit.

I'm already at max dosage on 2 different meds.
Waiting on a new shrink.
