My neighbor brought his baby cat Blue Lue over to check out the yard. He said she was keenly looking as he carried her from the garage to the yard.
She had never seen gravel before and was instantly in love.

We finished laying down the rocks and putting in an in-ground barrier between our rocks and the neighbor’s grass by noon! I kept working to clean up and wheel the leftover rocks to our sweet new-ish neighbors.

The #rocks are here! I love the multitude of colors! When you place an order you can specify the size and cut, but the color is random.
It’s a good thing I got tarps! Picking rocks out of the grass would be grueling.

The morning begins with baking the last of the cookie dough for my hard working siblings, nephew and husband!

This Mediterranean Pink, which reminds me of heather, will be transplanted. I planted her last year. She was unhappy in that area, now to become rocks. Her roots look healthy, so I’m hoping a transplant will be okay.

I watered all my plant babies! A campanula was very droopy. I think she was thirsty. If she’s droopy tomorrow, I will see if I can exchange her. Though, the local nursery is understandably very selective about returns & exchanges.
