The Michael Reese site is so huge, it could easily fit the wholly owned experience the Bears want. Maybe we should #bringChicagoHome or provide free healthcare or feed the poor or maybe make the bus/trains free before trying to woo billionaire owners with even more tax breaks.
Between the apparent failure of #BringChicagoHome and the reelection of corrupt county board of review member Larry Rogers Jr we see just how tight a grip the commercial real estate lobby has on our city and I’m pretty bummed out about it if I’m being honest.

Look at the bottom of your ballot (if voting in person) or the back of your ballot (if voting by mail) & make sure to VOTE YES to make big corporations pay their fair share to fund affordable housing.
