Day 5 of being sidelined with a hamstring strain picked up on a tempo run last Thursday. It was a “mild” strain, but it still needs time. Today I can walk slowly but fast walking is out. Meanwhile I have 12 days until #cherryblossomtenmiler. Toss-up on whether I can actually run it. #bskyrunning

It must be March because it’s windy. I started with a jacket but quickly realized that was a mistake. I thought about putting it back on near the end when I hit headwind but opted not to and all was fine. 5 weeks until #cherryblossomtenmiler and next week I plan to step it up a notch. #bskyrunning
Solid #longrun today as I build my way back to fitness. Today was my longest run since August 31 of last year.
