Grrrr. I've been investing a fair bit of time recently into making #cisTEM work properly under macOS, and it looks like soon we'll have yet another platform to support macOS-ARM.... :(

I really love the #cisTEM Tigris display. It's fast, easy to pass many inputs via cmd line and my fav thing is toggling btw cls avgs across iters. Is there any way to alter the scale via command line? Often 100% is too much. No -h flag...? @AlexisRohou @B3njaminHimes

Impressively, the VSD2 S4 helix appears to translates by about 10 Å between the two states we observed with #CryoEM and #cisTEM. Our deactivated state has about 20% of particles, but we will upload the raw data to #EMPIAR so others can try to milk more out of it!

New cluster. 17,132 movies (whole-frame) aligned in ~40 minutes using 256 processes. #cisTEM scales pretty well on good file systems.
