The one thing keeping me from migrating from WordPress to ClassicPress is the excellent ActivityPub plugin.

Its great, but i wish i had the time to port all the broken parts to the ClassicPress way of doing things i.e. the WP things that have changed since 4.9

A screenshot of the ClassicPress General settings page where there's an option to replace the login page logo with a new logo image or banner image. In this example I'm using a cute photo of an Adipose character from Dr Who as he is being tractor-beamed up into the mothership.

I switched my site to www.classicpress.net a while back and it's been rock solid ever since. It removes loads of old code from the admin side so it runs way faster. Easy to convert WordPress to ClassicPress and uses all the same plugins.

The other week I switched my weblog, which has been running on #WordPress since 2004, to @classicpress.

So far, it's been great (with only a few minor challenges). #ClassicPress provides (almost) all the features I love and none of the ones I don't need.
