How are my #fibrofighter friends doing these days? I've got my first flare-up in 14-15 MONTHS as of last night, and while I'm pissed, I'm also thankful. I've gotten stuff done, and I've not been stuck in bed.

It was 148 when I was in the shower. Now, almost an hour later it's down to 100, and I've been laying in my bed for 10 minutes. Pain? Naaah... Can't imagine... (Ow ow ow ow!!)

Yesterday my spine gave me hell, which it does at random. I posted about it on Snapchat and I got a ton of "you do too much and have to suffer the consequences". How about no? RANDOM! It's me that lives with this, and has since 2009. STFU.

My spine hurt so much an hour ago that I almost puked. Took an extra pain killer that my doctor has given me for these instances. Now I'm on my own personal rollercoaster, and it's not as fun as it sounds!
