I'm not doing well. Mentally OK, but bored. My body is the problem. Last night I had to add a heating pad to my right knee, which was suddenly wanting to muscle in on the "action". Tried physiotherapy, my back got worse. Shoulder is aching again.

Nothing like a rush-appointment at the doctors office in late December! Going there in a couple of hours with my aching shoulder and arm that doesn't let me sleep. Nothing is comfortable. I already dread the cortisone shot I'm guessing I'll get. It's my left arm, and I'm right-handed 🙄 #fibrofighter
