2. UNTITLED is a dual POV YA contemporary fantasy.
Calliope is a demon hunter who wakes up one day to find her short term memories are broken.
Orion is a reaper tasked with retriving the soul of an angel who escaped proper death...and is now hiding in Calliope's body. #CRPDryads

I have a couple:
1. AN OATH WITH THE STARS (my revpit sub) is in the editing stages. It follows Lily as she joins an organization of monster hunters to get revenge on a fire elemental for the killing her friend and trying to kill her family. #CRPDryads

#CRPDryads 1: Romance subplots? Frequently! But I usually go with a HFN rather than a HEA. I freak myself out when I write horror, so...cozy? Or cozy plus characters having a bad time? Which of course means orange cat. Is this going in my permanent record? Is this some kind of MBTI thing? 😅 (3/3)

#CRPDryads 1: I mostly write one flavour of SF or another, but I’m branching out lately. My magic-using pickpockets fantasy is a bit of a change for me, but it still starts from the premise of what if sleight-of-hand and mathematics were the basis for real magic... (2/3) #CampRevPit

The book was supposed to be about my aroace witch finding a platonic sapphic soulmate, but from the 1st chapter it turned into a book about her relationship with her brother. Suddenly, there was a lot more necromancy

I'm like a houndmaster, chasing a fox in the forest. I hunt with my dogs fanned out on different trails. Some pursue WIPS, some polish query drafts, & a few are happy to engage with my fellow hunters. We seek the same trophy: publishing.
So far, I've been out-foxed.

I went to a beautiful place that was too foreign for me. Needed to go back to my city and reevaluate where I want to go. Decided to go up the tallest building and see my city in the sunset, instead.

I didn't like the direction of my draft and re-planning now :)
