as of today, I have had at least one migraine every day for the last 4,748 days. thirteen years of daily migraines. that's awful and a lot. but i rise to face another day, trying to find the joy and wonder to be found (hoping that today's migraine(s) don't keep me from it)

“Just a cold” made my daily migraines come back. I had a few months w/ 15-17 headache days (thanx to Botox and a Nerivio device I cannot afford) prior to a viral illness I got end of November. I can’t do daily migraines again.
