Van is short for Vancouver. Two cars in the foreground are about to turn right, while traffic with headlights on as the cloudy sky indicates it is dusk, are waiting at the lights. A flock of crows are flying east to roost for the night as they famously do towards the city of Burnaby. Various businesses can be seen between traffic. There is a train, known as Skytrain, entering on the bridge from the left above which, trees, the hint of a distant city skyline, and a mountain range are seen. There are also very slim curved lamposts, almost with a dinosaur feel and two massive upright cranes stretching in the distance. Phew! A lot going on.
