Run/walk intervals of 4 min run and 1.5 min walk x6 on the treadmill. It was surprisingly hard. When I got on the treadmill my watch told me it was a recovery day and I should take it easy. 😒

Today is a Stronglifts rest day so I did a little circuit 50kg on the sledge 40m and 54 kg Farmers carries. Then dips, pull ups and repeat x 5. Then a 15m shuttle run test. #GymSky #FittnessSky
