Eventually, the overthinking stops at the same reality: this is just life with a chronic illness.

The last couple weeks, my trainer has had me do a couple exercises that haven’t been possible in a while. Well, I’ve never done the glute torture device, but pushing my leg back is hard. And I’ve only done walking lunges at PT, after trying it with a harness on first.
