Eventually, I'll have a proper think about whether it's something I still want to do, and if I want to continue with Etsy or move to another website, etc.
I'm not sure where it'll end up, but I'm glad that the decision is at least back in my hands now!

Small shop update: Etsy has FINALLY provided a solution to the GPSR thing that forced me to close my shop in December.
However, now would be a really bad time for me to reopen my shop for a number of Life reasons, so I'm keeping it closed for now.

Important clarification has come out.
For those of you who sell to businesses in the EU then #GPSR is not a requirement and is out of scope.
If you are a manufacturer but don't sell to #EU consumers then all you need is basic product documentation.

After talking to the Card market CS team regarding #gpsr, they replied with a list to the manufacturers for your reference (link below) and the following statement
"You don't have to worry about anything else. We already provide all the requested information. You can sell as usual."

I'm also reading into the articles for #gpsr to try & come up with a realistic answer.
These would technically fall under the requirement and the seller would be considered a Distributor even if they are sold as singles.
However I'm trying to understand if there is a unnecessary difficulty claus.
I am currently talking to Card Market regarding their #GPSR policy as it's very muddy regarding the requirements of someone selling cards.
They have replied but it's not a satisfactory answer at the moment.
I will provide details once I know further.
