You really need to have stricter enforcement if not already so, or outlaw #horsecarriages. It’s #animalcruelty to just have a #horse stand there and do nothing.

Equines used to pull carriages suffer from weather extremes, stress, and overexertion. They’re not here to be used as we please. 👎🚫❌🙅🏻‍♀️
