It's amazing. Even more so when you consider Hong Phat has a 'smaller' location in an old Safeway just 2 miles to the north that still looks busy every time I go by. AND there's a Fred Meyer converted to an Asian supermarket/retail hub half a mile south. #JadeDistrict
