Week 5: Gym Day 2
Routines are hard to develop, and tough to stick to.
Especially when the last 2 times I’ve been I’ve ended up feeling sick and have to end halfway through…
But, nevertheless, we persist.

Week 4: Gym Session 1
Full routine competed today, despite not being 100% yet. Can’t afford another week of nothing, so here I am, arms and legs shaking uncontrollably, but fully worked.

Today I am big sick. Seeing as Wednesday has traditionally been a rest day, I have decided to continue this tradition… alongside maybe having a bath to replax a bit…

Day 1 in Gym: Resting yesterday was good, but I felt bad for missing the gym. So here I am, 4am, and back on it. I’ve missed one exercise, but only because the machine was broken and I didn’t want to think of an alternate…

Week 2: Gym Day 4
New routine going well. Last gym session of the week, got a couple plans for the weekend to contribute also.
All in all, new routine going well. Not having trouble getting up, completing my sessions, or not getting enough sleep.
Pretty good going, I think.

New Gym Routine: Week 2
Day 3 in the gym: Today was good insofar as I was able to complete all reps in all sets consecutively today, I’ve needed a pause on my last bicep curl set every other session, not today.
However, my legs won’t stop shaking, so swings and roundabouts I guess…

New Gym Routine: Week 2
Day 2: last week I needed to drop the weight for my 2nd session. Today, I did the same session as yesterday.
Sure, I’m more tired and sore after, but that’s just my body thanking me for my consistency…

First full week down after being sedentary for 18ish months.
Day 5 of gym sessions, & the gym routine is nailed, just some tweaking of weights left, as I either get an okay pump, or none, on a couple exercises, so I’ll increase reps for a week to see if it’s better before upping weight.

Day 5 of my new lifestyle routine.
Day 4 of 4am gym sessions.
Today was the first time I woke up and didn’t want to come, but I told myself I’d do a reduced routine… then once I got here, I just did my routine.
Getting here truly is the hardest part.

Day 3 of 4am gym sessions, day 4 of actual, deliberate, daily exercise in an attempt to build a better lifestyle routine.
Felt a lot better this morning, so thought, let’s break all that rested / repaired muscle back down and head back into DOMS for the weekend!
