RED BANK: GANT PUTS McCONNELL ON LEAVE RED BANK: Borough manager puts McConnell on administrative leave eight months after union allegations delayed chief's plan to retire.

This has taken years to uncover. In all that time the police/public safety commissioner has failed to produce any report to the people of Red Bank, despite my and others regular requests.
Let's hope the mayor & council don't find it too embarrassing 😎
