WHEREAS, the Developer proposes to raze the existing structures on the Property and construct approximately 175 residential units, approximately 5,750 square feet of retail space, and
approximately 10,000 square feet of restaurant space, together with associated site improvements and infrastructure work (collectively, the “Project”); and
WHEREAS, in order to help finance and fund the Project, the Developer intends to apply to the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (“NJEDA”) for tax credits under the New Jersey Aspire Program, Sections 54 through 67 of P.L. 2020, c.156, as amended by P.L. 2021,
c.160, P.L. 2023, c.98, and P.L. 2025, c.2 (N.J.S.A. 34:1B-322 through 34:1B-335.1) (the “Aspire Program”); and
At their next meeting - 6.30pm 3/26/2026 - Red Bank NJ mayor+council cement their relationship with the Denholtz wealth management scheme - Res: 26-69
The station redevelopment plans seem to include 175 units rather than the original 600+
