Junikever, met de bruine dekschilden uit elkaar zodat het zwarte achterlijf en de vleugels zichtbaar zijn, ligt op de vloer van het balkon. June beetle, with its brown elytra spread to reveal its black abdomen and wings, lies on the balcony floor.
De zonsopkomst was niet bijzonder vandaag (hij kwam weer op). Ik vond wel een dode junikever op het balkon.
(The sunrise was not special today (it rose again). I did find a dead June beetle on the balcony.)

Sometimes insects are ugly AF. A good example could be a June Beetle. I really shouldn’t judge them.
