Kitch-iti-kipi is a park with springs in it. The boat (it's more of a floating platform) takes you right over the springs. The boat/platform isn't powered. There's a wheel someone on the boat spins, which is attached to a line that stretches across the springs. The water is crazy clear, and turquoise tinted. Google has this to say: Kitch-iti-kipi is the largest natural, freshwater spring in Michigan. It is 200 feet across and 40 feet deep.

The Big Spring, Kitch-iti-kipi, is just northwest of Manistique in the UP of Michigan. The fabulous water color is from all the minerals pumped in by the spring (at 10,000 gallons per minute)!
