Last week, the Society hosted #MicroEvo25. It was a brilliant atmosphere throughout conference, as researchers came together to share, collaborate and network. A huge congratulations to Magdalena Kurteu for being voted the Winner of the poster prize sponsored by our journal, Microbiology.

One plane change due to a lightning strike later, I'm finally back home from the amazing UK Phage Therapy workshop and #MicroEvo25! Had the best time catching up with folks, meeting new people, and learning a lot 🦠

Back in Oxford, but still buzzing with excitement from #MicroEvo25 ! Great science, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and a brilliant opportunity to catch up with friends and colleagues.

Liverpool is a good place for scientific meetings.
