It was a pleasure to welcome Ed Davey to #Chelmsford and join a workshop with Mike Thompson from the #Millrace Project, which has been supporting mental health since the ’90s. They do fantastic work helping people build skills, find hope, and stay connected. We’re lucky to have them.

This is a photo of the water runoff (down a rocky outcrop) from a historic mill channel of water called a mill race. The channel is built in a forest setting. Some of the trees here are lit by the setting sun, while the Spillway is mostly in shadow. In the foreground of the photo there are large boulders that are covered with lichen.
