Two thresher sharks swimming by each other at right angles. Although it is difficult to be certain, the proposed ID for these two is for 2 different species. The one below, swimming from left to right of the frame, could be Alopias pelagicus. The one above, swimming towards the camera, could be alopias superciliosus, by the shape of its head. Both sharks share the thresher´s extremely long caudal fin that defines these species. The sharks can only be shot with ambient light. Flash hurst them badly as they are deep dwelling species and only come up to visit cleaning stations. Hence the slightly blurry image.
OK, after bugs, back to the UW pics for a cooling effect in this heat. How about two threshers crossing paths, back when they still came to clearner wrasse at Monad Shoal? (Now they seem to prefer Kimud Shoal). More in Alt.

Een mannetjes sperwer zit in de vogelkers. Een tak zit voor z'n ogen en voor een deel van z'n lijf.
Een wat groter overzicht van de vogelkers waar je de sperwer ziet zitten en rechts een ekster die rustig bleef zitten.
Sperwer van gister. Ging wel ongelukkig zitten voor de foto. Op de 2e foto is één van de twee eksters te zien. De houtduif zat, net als de andere ekster, buiten beeld.
