こちらではご褒美的に大福を買うことがあるんですが、茶房で頂くのは初めてです。

午後になって蒸し暑くなってきたのでかき氷を。
さらっとした軽い氷に濃いめの抹茶蜜がたっぶり。練乳も付いてくるけどない方が好きかな。

叶 匠寿庵 石餅

大津に本社がある叶 匠寿庵のうち、琵琶湖から流れる瀬田川沿いの石山寺店のみ通年販売、新宿伊勢丹、日本橋三越、日本橋高島屋の3店舗だけ曜日限定販売されている「石餅」を買ってきました。

石山寺にある硅灰石を模したお菓子。
白とよもぎをねじり合わせた餅の上に小豆あん。見た目もユニークで美味しい。

日本橋への寄り道ついでに、コレド室町の鶴屋吉信 TOKYO MISE限定の大福を買って帰りました。

頂くのは2回目、滋賀羽二重糯の求肥に最高級の京都丹波産黒大豆といちご。
他にない美味しさですが、お値段も大福としては最高級です。

蒸し鶏とりんごのサラダ

途中でサンドイッチ食べちゃったので、夕食はカロリー抑えます。
日本橋高島屋新館の地下でサラダを購入。

なかなかのお値段ですが、さつまいも、りんご、コーン、人参と甘味のある野菜類と蒸し鶏はとても良い組み合わせ。

おすすめされた柑橘のドレッシングがとても美味しかったです。

日本橋 弁松総本店

イベントのため早めのお昼。
出勤前に日本橋へ寄ってお弁当を購入していました。
創業170年を誇る、日本では現存最古の弁当屋さんです。

三越や高島屋にも入ってますけど、開店前なので初めて本店に伺いました。

お願いしたのは赤飯が入った「赤詰」。
めかじきの照焼や玉子焼も入りつつ特徴は”甘煮”。
“濃ゆい味”と表現されてる通り、甘くて濃い味付け、最近の上品な薄味弁当とは違う美味しさです。
