Tried a new no knead bread recipe, I think I let it rise too long and didn't wait long enough before putting them in the oven.
It's much less "fluffy" than expected. But it's delicious
(30% whole wheat, 70% T60 flour, with fresh yeast).

Ik ben nu bezig met de voorbereidingen voor een tweede brood. Dit keer 1/3 volkorenmeel, en maanzaad en gehakte zonnebloem- en pompoenpitten erin.
(Brood zonder kneden is echt wel fijn om te doen omdat je alles lekker stapsgewijs kan doen met pauzes als het even niet meer gaat!)
