I just discovered today that my parent’s sub-Post Office counter is being closed by #NZPost as part of their programme of branch closures. #Karori has 19k people - a lot of whom are elderly - and who rely on the one in the village bookshop.

Genius’s at #NZPost have struck. Sent a parcel to my brother in Wellington NZ, it returned with a sticker saying “incorrect address” yet a quick google search shows it. Just ridiculous. Went to Australia Post to talk to them but as it’s not their fault I have to pay another $32.00 to send it.
