La conversación profundiza en la filosofía del texto, la cual promueve la definición de OKR (Objetivos y Resultados Clave) directamente por parte de los equipos — considerados como una “unidad de criterio, acción y sentir” — , enfatizando la responsabilidad colectiva sobre las metas y oponiéndose a la práctica de los OKR individuales para fomentar una verdadera colaboración. ¿Qué te puedes llevar de este episodio?: - Enfoque en el Team OKR: El libro y el episodio promueven que los OKR (Objetivos y Resultados Clave) deben ser definidos por los propios equipos (nivel táctico), en lugar de ser impuestos por la dirección (cascada). A3) One might re-frame that as "Applying #Agile principles to the management layer." I tend to go back to "The 4 Disciplines of Execution" (McChesney, et al). Teams setting/measuring goals in smaller time windows to see how they impact the #OKR at higher levels, etc. #ciochat
