I don't use the #MTA #OMNY Card. I use a debit card and never had a problem with it. So for those of you with issues, use your debit card. I keep a low amount on it. Just enough to get me through 2 weeks of payments fornthe trains and busses. I keep abt $20-$30 extra on it just in case.

Among the many reasons I HATE HATE HATE OMNY is that there’s no option for unlimited monthly rides.

You get unlimited rides after 12 rides in a 6-day period; that’s so much more complicated than just paying a flat rate for 30 days of rides. And unnecessarily so.

Why is all the info about paying with OMNY confusing. Why do they always bury the lede? Nobody needs an OMNY card. You can pay with a credit card or phone. To track payments or for reduced fare get the app and designate a specify a card. It's pretty simple. #MTANYC #OMNY
