looking up a dusky lamp lit road toward a snow clouded horizon. the cars disappearing into the distance and to the right a tram track, between them is a carpet of grass soon to be blanketed in snow. What Will We Lose Next? Every winter, when my mother was little, my grandfather would take her ice skating on a pond near their farm.
