Ok, I do love the ending. Native American Magic Man "cons" White Dude out of his car for (very legitimate) services rendered. And then drives off. Leaving the family in the middle of nowhere so they have to go running after to try and wave him down for a ride home...in their ex-car.

#Poltergeist2 also remains etched into my memory thanks in large part to Reverend Henry Kane who just Appears in the movie out of nowhere pursuing Carol Anne in the middle of a busy mall on a bright, sunny day. Any notions of safety immediately dispelled. One of the creepier bastards in film.
