THREAD...This #Chicago @uic driver has been reported in a bike lane 15 times (same location)! That's equivalent to as much as $4,500 in unrealized bike lane parking tickets! To be fair, they haven't been reported since they FINALLY received a ticket on 5/12 #preventghostbikes
