I tried to find a not-super-hilly part of my neighborhood, with roads I could run on. Had to add a few extra walk breaks for the unavoidable icy sidewalks.
But it felt so good to get outside!!

A bit of a disaster run this morning. The cold rain started a bit after I got going. Streets were ok. Busier sidewalks were ok. Brick sidewalks were NOT GOOD. So a lot of walking
And the coffee after made it all ok!

Mid-December until last weekend was a bit of a shitshow for my workouts. But so far this week I’ve had 5k dog walks, 2 (slightly miserable) 5k treadmill runs and 1 strength workout.
