Did a rainbow scarab today.
Didn't turn out as nice as I'd like, but it's done, so I'll move on to something new next time.

The photo is composed of a close view of an insect on concrete moving towards the camera. The insect is a colorful beetle with a red, yellow and green iridescent exoskeleton. I found this beetle upside down struggling to right itself. I helped it turn over and it paused for a few photos. I've never seen a rainbow scarab alive in person and was happy that I checked out the fluttering noise that I heard in my driveway.
