There is a sign that reads: "Ripley's Believe It or Not! Odditorium" on top of this structure located on Clifton Hill in Niagara Falls, Canada. The building is designed to look tilted or "upside-down," making it a prominent landmark on the tourist strip. It has been made to look like a cartoon, with blue green, yellow and red paint for its exterior and windows, while the main entrance below, with people milling, is red and with glass doors. On the left side there is a yellow cab suspended upwards from the side, while on the right, a massive statue of King Kong is holding on to the sphere that would have been at the top of the building if it were not on its side. King Kong has his other arm high in the air as if to project his strength. On the street level people are walking further into the town and other attractions. The sky is blue with white clouds.
